Silent Disco Fun Run at Bloemendal

Couch Potato Run Club takes a 5km route through the Bloemendal vineyards with everyone in glowing wireless headphones instead of speakers. You pick a group on arrival, from walking only up to a steady jog, and tune your headphones to your group leader’s channel to follow their music and pace.

The organisers promise a medal, goodie bag and after party. Entry is via couchpotatorunclub.com, though commenters noted the entry page was not yet live when the event was announced. No entry fee has been published.
